There are good and bad points to AI. Things that remove us from reality I would say are very bad. But then on the other side - to be fair, I've actually found AI can be a better source of 'therapy' than, well- certainly betterhelp if anything, but even most real licensed therapists I've encountered. It can do what therapists do, even better than what they do - while being comprehensively informed of all sectors of information and also free, as far as chatGPT is concerned. What a therapists job is involves helping you navigate circumstance and emotion so that you can comprehend it and create strategies to overcome it. It really is that simple. It can't make medical suggestions or fill prescriptions though of course. The caveat to that however is - 'yet.'

obvious solution for health inspectors is for them to shut down the entire location based on address.. so no matter if 40 establishments operate under one roof and one kitchen, if one is in violation, they are all in violation and the whole location and all 40 establishments share a single grade. kind of dumb that any city health inspector cant figure out a simple solution like this.

I didn't think they were a problem until you pointed out that one restraunt essentially occupies 77 options online, meaning mom and pop burgers have one slot, and ghost fish sandwich will be 77 times more likely to be picked. Which makes mom and pop have a problem staying afloat when competing with essentially spam ads.

for some reason, my school did it so that the class would be segregated by gender to learn about the things they'd face. for girls, they told us about menstruation, and for boys it was wet dreams. i have no idea why they thought they were comparable but i guess its stuff coming out of you? you'll be shocked to find out, this led to girls not knowing how erections worked and guys not knowing menstruation was a thing or basic facts about it.

when i was 8-10, my school would have us shout words on the first day of sex ed week each year (week at the end of the school yr where they did all the required teaching) to make us feel comfortable saying this them in conversations what this meant is we would shout 'PENIS' and various other words as loudly as possible + you would be able to hear when other classes were having that part of the lesson cus youd just be in class and hear a distant 'PENIS!..."
